These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase or custom commission you place with Rare Diamondss. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Every diamond we supply is IGI (or, on request, GIA) certified. Certificates are provided with your order and can be verified independently at igi.org. Prices shown in our online design tool are indicative only; your final quotation is prepared individually by your specialist and confirmed before any payment.
Bespoke pieces are made to the specification you approve. We share the stone details, certificate, and a CAD render for your approval before production begins. Because each commission is made uniquely for you, custom orders are final once approved and are not eligible for return, though they are covered by our warranty below.
Payments are taken through our secure checkout with full buyer protection. We never request bank transfers or third-party payment links.
All orders ship fully insured and tracked via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. We cover US customs duties and import taxes on eligible orders — the total you agree is the total you pay. Typical delivery is 5–7 business days for standard pieces; bespoke timelines are confirmed before payment.
Standard (non-custom) pieces may be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit; we cover return shipping. One complimentary resize is offered within 30 days. Custom commissions are final sale, subject to the warranty below.
Every piece carries a 1-year warranty from delivery covering manufacturing defects, including setting failures and stone loss from a defective setting. Send photos to our team on WhatsApp and we will assess within two business days. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear.
All diamonds are sourced through regulated channels under the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme.
